MIS Bacon Mac N’ Cheese

Yields1 Serving
 4 oz Pasta (Elbow)
 1 tbsp Butter
 1 tbsp Ground Barley
 Salt (to taste)
 ¼ tsp Ground White Pepper
 ¾ cup Milk
 ¾ cup Mozzarella (shredded)
 ½ cup Cheddar
 1 tsp Onion Powder
 1 tsp Garlic Powder
 1 cup Broccoli
 Bacon

Cook pasta and broccoli and set aside.

Wrap bacon in greased muffin pan and bake until cooked

Melt butter in pan. Whisk in Ground Barley, pepper, onion powder and garlic powder. Cook for 1 minute.

Whisk in milk and cook for 10 minutes or until thickened and bubbly. Whisk continuously so it does not burn.

Stir in mozzarella cheese and add in pasta and broccoli.

Grease a muffin pan and evenly distribute the pasta. Bake for 20 minutes

Remove from oven and sprinkle with cheddar cheese and bacon bits. Return to oven and bake for another 10 minutes.
