¾ cup Salt Fish
2 Onions Diced
1 ½ tsp Crushed Chili
2 ½ tsp Baking Powder
1 tbsp Italian Herbs
1 tsp Curry Powder
1 tsp Cummin
½ cup Chickpea Flour
½ cup Buckwheat Flour
Salt and Pepper to taste
¾ cup Water

Place cooked saltfish into bowl with diced onions, crushed chili, cumin, curry powder, italian herbs, salt & pepper

Add flours and baking powder, mix until incorporated

Add water, mix until incorporated

Drop balls of batter in oil and fry at 350° f until golden brown 5. plate and serve
