Season Soy Chunks with All Purpose Bajan Seasoning, Granulated Garlic and Marjoram , rehydrate by covering with warm to hot water.
Season beef with All Purpose Bajan Seasoning, Granulated Garlic, Black Pepper, Beef Season, Marjoram and Salt let marinate for at least 15 minutes.
Sauté onions and carrots until onions are translucent.
Add seasoned beef and continue to sauté. Cook beef until it is brown
Add browning to pot and stir well.
Pour Soy Chunks into the pot along with the liquid.
Add a heavy pinch of Rosemary, Marjoram and thyme. Season lightly with salt and Black Pepper. Bring to boil then let simmer until beef is cooked and soft.
Serve and enjoy
To thicken stew add Split Pea Powder. Combine water and 2 tbsp of Split Pea Powder until mixture resembles a paste. Add paste to stew and mix well.
