Stir well in a bowl milk powder, plain yoghurt, almond powder, baking powder, oil, flour, Ground All Spice and Ground Cardamom.
Roll dough into balls and place into fridge for 10 minutes.
Fry dough balls until golden brown in colour.
Dissolve sugar on stove in 1/2 cup water.
Add rose water, bruised Cardamom Pods and crushed Almond and keep stirring.
Plate balls and pour syrup over it.
