Combine Jerk Marinade ingredients and chicken, marinate for at least an hour.
Sear off chicken in a hot pan with oil and set aside.
Using same pan, add 1 stick of butter, 2 cloves garlic (chopped), ½ onion (chopped), allowing them to sweat and become fragrant
To that add, 2 ½ cups of heavy cream, and bring to a simmer. Add water if consistency is too thick.
Add ½ Parmesan (grated), 1 tsp Ground Nutmeg, 1 tbsp Basil and 1 tbsp Parsley
Add cooked pasta of choice and return chicken to pan.
Combine and serve hot with sprinkling of parmesan, orange zest and sprinkle of chopped Parsley
