MIS Veggie-Beef Tacos with Avocado Salsa

Veggie-Beef
 ¾ cup Soy Chunks or Granules
 Salt (to taste)
 1 tbsp Jerk Seasoning Powder
 1 tbsp Parsley
 Warm Water
Jerk Marinade
 1 Onion (medium, chopped)
 2 Scotch Bonnet
 2 tsp Thyme
 1 ½ tsp Ground Ginger
 1 tsp Ground All Spice
 1 tsp Ground Cinnamon
 1 tsp Ground Nutmeg
 2 tbsp Sugar (brown)
 1 tsp Jerk Seasoning
 1 tbsp Honey
 1 tbsp Soy Sauce
Avocado Salsa
 1 Avocado (cubed)
 2 tbsp Honey
 1 tbsp Olive Oil
 ½ cup Corn
 1 tsp Parsley
 ½ Lemon
 1 Tomato (cubed)
Seasoned Cabbage
 ¼ Cabbage
 1 tsp Ground Ginger
 2 tbsp Honey
 24 Tortillas

Combine salt, Jerk Season, Parsley and Soy Chunks in a bowl. Cover with warm water and marinate for 10 mins.

Heat oil in pan. Add seasoned Soy Chunks and Jerk Marinade

Stir mixture and cook for 5 minutes. Set seasoned chunks aside

Seasoned Cabbage

Add Cabbage, Ground Ginger and Honey to pan with heated oil. Saute until soft.

Avocado Salsa

In a bowl add Honey, Olive Oil, Corn, Parsley, Avocado, Lemon Juice & Tomato.

Tacos

In a clean pan, heat fresh oil and fry tortillas in taco shape.

Assemble taco to your desire.
